Outside Sales Representative - Southwest Region

Job Summary

Integrated Systems Technology Services (ISTS) is a fast-growing Technology Services Company. We help commercial control manufacturers reach their goals, and maintain industry standards through 3rd party project management, database creation, technical and field service support. We also provide turnkey solutions for high end residential, commercial, and industrial spaces with our Building Automation Control Systems. We are on the search for our next Integrated Systems Outside Sales Representative to help us sell goods and services for manufacturers to businesses, or groups of individuals.

General Accountabilities
  • Develop new business, maintain existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory of commercial accounts
  • Research lighting control needs of building owners, general contractors, lighting designers, and manufacturers to develop a strategy to sell products and services while allowing for a maximum profit and sell via a “value proposition” rather than exclusively on price
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
  • Provide outstanding customer service to every customer to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services
  • Continually enhance selling skills and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales and follow-up activity within assigned territory through the use of a Sales Reporting tool
  • Contact, setup, and facilitate face to face meetings with regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, show off samples, explain product features, and solicit orders
  • Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
  • Estimate or quotes prices, credits or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Job Qualification
  • Experience: Prior sales or marketing experience is required
  • Excellence in developing strong customer relationships and loyalty
  • Confident and motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Candidates should have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
  • Acquired Associates Degree

  • We offer a commission potential between $72,000 to $102,000 annually
  • Sales goal provided on the 15th of the month prior
  • We offer health, dental, and vision packages

  • We provide a cell phone, mobile hotspot, and laptop for this position

Work Environment 
  • This is a 100% Remote Position
  • This is a travel position up to 100%
